At the same time, we are also practicing our Oral in time for their exam in Term 4 Week 2. Revision has also begun as we have completed an English Language Practice Paper. I am still in the midst of marking the papers. We will be having out EL Paper 1 mock paper in Term 3 Week 10 too.
For Science, we are about to complete our curriculum soon. Students have also gone 2 practical practices so far. I will be returning the second practice for your checking next week. Do remember to go through the papers and sign on them. =)
This week, we had another practice on reading. Please have a look at your child's reading here.
I will be posting another VoiceThread for students to practice on over the weekend. Please assist in allowing your child to complete the recording online.

Term 3 Week 7
Dear Parents,
This being a short week, with the 2 days of Home-Based Learning (HBL) in mind, I had assigned some homework for your child. First of all, they are to complete their ICT assignment using the Social Learning Wall. I had posted a video and 2 Concept Cartoons for your child to comment. Secondly, they have to complete their STELLAR Grammar activity on page 8. For the 2 students who have not completed their compositions (A Fire Accident) on Microsoft Word, they are email them to me as soon as possible. 3 students owe me their essays on A Significant Misunderstanding as well.
Meanwhile, allow me to share a photo taken in class this week. This photo was taken by Mateen.

Term 3 Week 5
Dear Parents,
This week is really a week of achievements.
Regards,
Stan
This week is really a week of achievements.
First and foremost, our class was short-listed as one of the finalists for this year's National Day Celebration's Elias Superstar! We will be representing the P4 for the finals. Enjoy the video below. By the way, to safe guard our privacy, this video is unlisted in Youtube.
In our recent New South Wales, Australia ICAS Science Test, our 4 Courage students achieved tremendous results in general. Among all the P4 to P6 students who took part in the test, EPPS managed to produce 2 students who achieved High Distinction (Top 2% percentile internationally) and both of them are in 4 Courage! Congratulations to Janessa and Tammy! Both of you have done our school proud! At the same time, there are 4 students achieving Distinction in 4 Courage as well. Well done all! Let's wait for more good news in our Mathematics and English ICAS test!
This week, Janessa is also awarded the Model Pupil Character Award (MPCA) for Semester 1. All teachers agreed that she has exhibited excellence in her character and is a role model for her peers. Congratulations to Janessa!
Meanwhile, I will also like to share some photographs taken during this week's English lesson. The students were tasked to write group compositions on the topic 'A Fire Accident' with the theme 'A Significant Misunderstanding'. It was not easy for a few groups managed to come up with interesting story-lines.
